Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for fund operations, deal support, compliance, and business-related needs across various Private Market strategies.
• Participate in fund launches, project management activities, and day-to-day operational duties.
• Collaborate with external service providers and internal teams including portfolio management and compliance.

Requirements:

• Background in accounting, finance, statistics, or business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of VBA is preferred.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including some public holidays with time off in lieu.

Job Scope:

• Assist in fund launches, project management, and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Support audit exercises, review Net Asset Value (NAV) packs, and conduct KYC compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
• Handle ad-hoc duties such as data gathering for regulatory reports and special projects.
