Key Responsibilities:


  • Operations Management: _
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Installation Responsibilities:
_

  • Safely and efficiently deliver smart home equipment to clients across Singapore.
  • Ensure all deliveries are accurate, timely, and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of delivered items, ensuring proper functioning and integration.
  • Conduct system tests and obtain signoff from clients to confirm successful installation and operation.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any immediate concerns or questions from clients.

Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required for deliveries.
  • Proficiency in using office software and operations management tools.
  • Customeroriented mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Work Schedule:


  • 5.5 day work week with alternate Saturdays and Sundays off.
