Designer (Full Time)

Think Tank Studio is looking for a Designer to conceptualise and create designs for a range of projects and platform, such as print magazines and digital campaigns.

**Start date: Immediate

We're looking for someone with:

12 years of working experience
Strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Creative ability to research, conceptualise ideas and develop designs according to a brief
Aptitude to engage with content and learn to understand context, which is a big part of what we do.
Effective time management to manage your own time and project schedules.

Core responsibilities

Keep up to date with the latest developments and benchmarks in design
Work closely and support the design team and various interdepartmental teams where needed
Produce relevant and engaging designs in a timely manner.

General:
You must have the ability to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively

Team Structure:
The Designer will work under the direct supervision of the Design Lead as part of the Design unit

Salary:
Dependent on skills and experience.
