Key Responsibilities

  • Entering purchase orders for approval
  • Support in setting up new vendor profiles
  • Issue notifications to staff for "Travel Alerts" as received
  • Creating a monthly travel newsletter to issue company wide
  • Supporting project management with various operational items surrounding the 2023 AFC Asian Cup Qatar

Such items include:

  • Supporting project management with the content management platform (The Vault) by assisting with competition setup, tracking of deadlines and support to various stakeholders
  • Organization of ground transportation, preparation of transportation request forms, shuttle schedules, drivers briefing documents, pickup & dropoff maps etc.
  • Assist preparation of HQ office onsite requirements, packing list, meeting room schedules, contact overviews
  • Responsible for staff information including summary of all onsite arrangements, schedules, "good to knows", contacts etc.
  • Support organization of onsite staff events
  • Assist planning and implementation of staff uniform and guest welcome packs distribution
  • Other duties as assigned by the team members
