Brief Description:

To provide service excellence to customers, ensuring tasks are done timely and organised manner. Able to manage a team of below 18 members and ensure SOP is in place.


Job Descriptions

  • Report to Senior SDM, Services for day to day activities
  • Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are achieved
  • Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required
  • Communicate effectively on technical and business issues to both internal team members and customer, must be able to explain complex technical issues in a way that nontechnical personnel may understand.
  • Engage customer proactively and provide timely response or updates to customer, where required.
  • Provide Service Performance Reports at agreed schedule.
  • Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are achieved
within the organization.

  • Lead the Pre-Sales engagement on manpower planning and services delivery catalogue for sales opportunities.
  • Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services is achieved for all its customers.
  • Perform staff performance reviews and career development planning for service delivery managers.
  • Oversee and control the system's operations' efficiency for all its customers.
  • Develop and introduce new workflow and processes as needed to improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in IT or relevant discipline with at least 8 years of IT Managed Services. Service Delivery experience and with 5 years as a people manager (leading more than 5 members).
  • Experience in mid to largescale IT / Managed Services enterprise environment with proven ability to direct operations in a complex and face paced environment.
  • IT Service Management, ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Foundation.
  • Strong people management, profit and loss management, presentation and communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to think out of the box.
  • Good customer management experience.

Special Requirement:


  • Experience in handling 15 to 20 size team
  • Experience in handling people over multiple locations

Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewal)


Salary:
SGD4,500 to SGD6,500

Office / School

Tai Seng and Multiple Sites


Working Hours:
Office Hours Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm
