Responsibilities:


  • Prepare orders for drivers' deliveries according to ordering forms.
  • Make sure all frozen stocks comply with FIFO operations.
  • Conduct thorough check on all frozen products received and ensure they are properly accounted for and with proper documents.
  • Report to supervisor for any shortages, damages or other discrepancies.
  • Responsible for proper daily cycle count and yearly stock take, track, analyze and follow up on stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure physical stock tally with inventory system.
  • Ensure that the cleanliness of the frozen warehouses are well maintained.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned due to exigencies of job needs.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class 3 licence will be added bonus.
  • 6 days work week.
  • Prior experience in storekeeping duties is preferred.
