Guest Service Officer - Singapore - ASCOTT INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT PTE LTD
Description
You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf.A day in the life of a lyf Guard starts with checking in a new guest, recommending the must-visit places in the area, replacing a light bulb at night, and ending with having a cup of coffee or sipping wine with the lyf guests in our social spaces after work.
You will report to the Senior (GSAM) or Chief lyf Guard (GSM).Responsibilities
- Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk
- Assisting guest with luggage
- Facilitating communication and requests
- Assist the shift in replenishing the counter
- Manage crowd
- Perform administrative work
- Perform related tasks as assigned
