Project Support Administrator - Singapore - SKYMECH AUTOMATION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD
Description
To perform quality checks & inspection on all incoming parts and items, and the issuance of inspected parts upon receiving.
- To receive all incoming parts and materials, and check for its quantity, specifications and/or discrepancy against the Delivery Order.
- To issue the inspected parts and materials to the respective recipients from the projects, and maintain an inhouse mechanism to track on items issued.
- To perform logistics duties ranging from packing, stuffing & unstuffing, loading & unloading.
- To coordinate all local & overseas shipment & delivery activities and corresponding mandatory requirements as and when assigned by the project teams.
