Responsibilities:


  • Manage and communicate effectively with design and operations team to deliver initiatives
Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic;

  • Handle CRM program through SMS blast, EDM blast and instore collaterals
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Develop and implement new customers acquisition, retention and trafficdriving campaigns across all channels
  • Contribute to the tieups with bloggers and influencers and prepare press kits for bloggers and media
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities by submitting postevent/postpromotional activities report to analyse effectiveness of each promotion
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Coordinate innovative creation solution to develop content on all channels
  • Contribute and create content strategies for the brand.
  • Proofread copy to verify content accuracy

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
  • Fresh Graduates in Marketing/Communications can apply
  • Strong command in english and business writing
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be bonus
  • Familiar with Adwords, Adobe Suite preferred
  • Experience in F&B industry preferred
