Our strategy is to harness patient's immune system by redirecting cellular responses toward pathogens and its associated cancer using adoptive cell therapy, bispecific antibodies and vaccines.


Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management**- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Handle the full function of HR which includes Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Budgeting and Employee Relations
  • Payroll management and processing, including commission calculations
  • Lead and coordinate key HR annual processes such as annual performance evaluation, salary review and annual budgeting
  • End to end talent acquisition both locally and within APAC; which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals, and coordinating and participating in the interviews and reference checks.
  • Implement employeerelations engagement activities necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Handling employee relations, grievances and counselling
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Create and update policies and procedures
  • Provide advisory and support on HR matters to overseas offices

2. Administrative Operations**- Manage Admin function, oversee travel arrangements, company events, and other administrative activities. Provide general care, maintenance, and services for the upkeep of the office environment

  • Maintaining office administrative/Computer/Software systems
  • Sourcing and management of external vendors and service providers
  • Contact person for security's' point, office maintenance and renovation.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Preferable bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Is discreet with confidential information
  • Has an outgoing personality and peopleoriented disposition
