    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with the preparation of reports, and other documents.
    • Provide support in organizing and coordinating work orders.
    • Manage and maintain licenses and insurance
    • Schedule appointments and rosters
    • Enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases.
    • Prepare reports and presentations as required.

    Office Management:

    • Maintain organized files, documents, and records.
    • Order and manage office supplies.
    • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained.

    Communication:

    • Answer and direct phone calls.
    • Respond to emails and other forms of correspondence.
    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

    Sales Support:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
