How Will You Make an Impact?

Duties Include:


  • Prepares quotation and project proposals for customers, work with internal teams such as customer care, finance, logistics, compliance, etc. on certain projects
  • Partners with BAMs and Technical Team on Quality complaint management and upkeep of tracker, coordinates with QA from different Source Plants on Report Status, sample collection and closure
- shooting, generating reports, providing end user training

  • Support the effective use of corporate CRM (i.e. SFDC) productivity and compliance e.g. manage past due and miscategorized opportunities, lead assignment within 24 hours
  • Provides operational support on quality case management for SEATW, RFP/tender submissions and ad hoc requests to achieve operational excellence
  • Provides administrative and ad hoc support to the commercial team, i.e. demo unit and product sample management, coordination of business/department meetings and events, meeting minutes taking, maintenance and sharing of BPD documents at SharePoint, etc.
  • Any other adhoc and administrative matters not described above required by the team from time to time

Experience required

  • A Diploma/Degree preferably in Life Science field or Business/ proven experience in similar Sales Support roles
  • Extensive experience in a data analytics/sales operations role
  • Sophisticated Microsoft Office experience
  • Demonstrates the ability to function in a fast paced, multitasking environment.
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of workload independently but cohesively in a team and able to handle details accurately in a timely manner
  • Positive demeanour and resilience towards change in a highly matrixed organization
  • Possesses good understanding of sales activities and processes, able to manage customers' expectations, anticipates the needs of external and internal customers and delivers on commitments
  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin in both speaking and writing is a must
  • Flexibility to work at US time zones
