Key Responsibilities:
1) Programme Excellence
- Assist with the overall programming for families both on andoff site as well as independently manage all weekend programmes
- Identify, liaise and engage with the TAG team, artists, facilitators, strategic partners promptly to maintain a robust programming calendar for families
- Provide evaluative feedback in consultation with Programmes Team, to facilitators and artists to ensure high quality programmes
- Manage incubation projects and coordinate rehearsal schedules and programme showcases
- Assist in any adhoc artist/community engagement and or artist capability programmes
- Ensure the quality of resources used for programmes and marketing purposes
- Execute simple designs and layouts, copywriting for programme collaterals and social media captions
- Organise and attend to data collection and archival of assets including marketing materials
- Assist to manage and energise social media channels for all programme related content
- Update website and ticketing pages promptly
- Contribute to all marketing assets including photo and videotaking during programmes
- Organise photoshoots
- Develop and maintain relationships with parent bloggers, influencers, media, regulars while representing the company in a positive manner
- Ensure that daily operations run smoothly
- Assist promptly in management of queries for programme related questions
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the Visual Arts Space
