- Contribute directly to the success of the Marketing team ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables from creative, events, and media agency partners for the business.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop pricing, collaterals, marketing promotions, and communications to drive sales and increase market share.
- Conceptualize, create, and implement retail campaigns promptly addressing the business needs.
- Continuously explore new media channels to enhance our reach to the target audience.
- Organize the marketing calendar and collaborate with agencies to create innovative assets.
- Ensure brand messaging and image align with brand CI.
- Organize and execute events to effectively engage with target customers.
- Keep the website and system updated with the latest prices and information.
- Optimize costs of lead generation and events to maximize profitability and return on investment by collaborating with partners and agencies.
- Establish strong communication channels by fostering good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support administrative requests efficiently.
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing/Product Development with Business Analysis & Planning, preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Possess strong communication (written & oral), presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Display independence, resourcefulness, and ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Be an effective self-starter thriving in a lean and fast-paced organization.
- Candidates with brand marketing experience will be viewed favorably.
