The Mossiah Corporation Pte Ltd is a Company focusing on preserved artisan moss art & events styling. We are currently looking for a Project/Production Manager to shadow the Creative Director for on-site recce, plan and coordinate project development activities according to customers requirements and provide guidance and supervision to the project team. The selected candidate will also be required to read blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by Director. Upon confirmation after the 6 months traineeship program, the selected candidate will take on more job responsibilities like assessing potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans, as well as take charge of all necessary safety documents and site safety issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual to be involved in:

1. Employee orientation on Company's history, our range of products, and services that we cater to our clients

2. Role-playing various of sales techniques and skills to see where are the areas that should be improved on, so you'd be able to feel confident whilst giving a presentation to a potential prospect.

3. Identify and propose potential business opportunities to Director

4. Establish amazing customer relationships and maintaining good relationship with our vendors/suppliers 5. Professionally manage and handle customer's expectations or requests to ensure that we meet high customer service satisfaction level

6. Accurate and Professional presentations of our full range of products and services

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Good understanding of drawings and materials

2. Ability to construct or repair structures easily and quick at being proficient in using power tools for cutting and shaping

3. Possess excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and complete projects within schedule.
