    Description

    We're looking for a Support Analyst to join our Capital Markets IT team. This role is pivotal in the successful decommissioning and migration of a legacy trading platform to a next-generation front office system. You'll be crucial in supporting the transition of global cross-asset Treasury operations, ensuring seamless business continuity during and after the migration.

    You'll collaborate closely with project stakeholders, business analysts, support teams, and developers across regions, focusing on managing inbound/outbound flows, APIs, and system performance. Post-migration, you'll support Business As Usual (BAU) operations across Treasury and ALM platforms and actively optimize processes and mentor junior staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide functional and technical support on treasury systems and in-house applications.
    • Manage incident resolution, requests, and problem escalation from users and other IT teams.
    • Conduct application monitoring and day-to-day operations.
    • Participate in post-business hours activities (e.g., on-call support, weekend deployments, Disaster Recovery, and releases).
    • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate requirements.
    • Assist with interface performance, latency improvements, and system resiliency.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the support environment.
    • Support junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing.
    • Follow and promote best practices in ITIL, risk analysis, and incident prevention.

    Requirements:

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in SQL/PLSQL, Shell scripting, XML, MQ Series, Control-M.
    • Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., ITRS Geneos) is a plus.
    • Familiar with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL knowledge/certification preferred).
    • Good understanding of capital markets environment, especially Front Office/Back Office systems (e.g., Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso).

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
    • Organized and self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Experience in regulatory reporting environments.
    • Familiarity with Orchestrade or similar trading platforms.
    • Experience working in multi-site, international teams.
    • Interest in automation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing.
