Description

• Reply sales inquiries & process orders.

• Coordinating with vendors and to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Processing and fulfilling Customer orders.

• Follow up with clients & suppliers on payments & invoices.

• Performance of sales cycle which includes sales quotation, order confirmation, purchase requisition, payment collections if required

• Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Eloquent & Proficient in both written and spoken English.

•Comfortable with client-facing activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.

•Able to work efficiently/independently and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
