    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Attend to customer enquiries (phones/in person/e-mail)

    Treatment bookings/scheduling

    Collect payment from customers

    Operate point of sale (POS) system

    Other administrative works when required

    Requirements

    Strong sense of customer service

    Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor

    Driven to use own initiative

    Flexibility to handle issues as they arise

    Works well in a fast paced environment

    Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

    Computer-literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel

    Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need to apply

    Minimum GCE N Levels or O Levels

    At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
