My clients are one of the biggest beauty brands across the globe. They're looking for a Warehouse Excellence Manager to join their team in Singapore. He/she will be key business contact for managing WMS/WES systems implementation and enhancements, translate distribution business requirements into technical set-up or configuration


Key responsibilities:

  • The point of contact for all end users with regard to current day warehouse management system difficulties. able to troubleshoot low
- to medium-severity problems while escalating high-severity problems to the appropriate IT technical teams.

  • Coordinate with IT colleagues and the PMO to ensure that the region's needs for warehouse system implementation are identified, designed, and, if necessary, integrated into 3PL WMS/ELC SAP. Lead the installation of warehouse management or execution systems in the area.
  • Work together with the regional to transform business requirements into the IT solutions you want for a normal business setting.
  • Be familiar with WMS functionality and take part in WMS reviews.
  • Arrange for enduser acceptance testing, collaborate with the operations team to run a dry run of the new features, and accurately identify and, if necessary, change operational process flows.
  • Plan and implement the golive of the new WMS features
  • Monitor the system and operational performance post golive

Key requirements:

  • Five years' experience in logistics & warehouse integration and system implementation experience in a business role
  • Handon experience in SAP warehouse management system, warehouse business process owner or WM key user is preferred
  • Experience in running warehouse IT systems daily WMs management, inventory reconciliation, trouble shooting for IT issues or issues in inbound/outbound systems using SAP or other ERP platform is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to articulate issues, and patiently train enduser, provide clear updates to management
