About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading building automation Company in Singapore. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large listed Japanese MNC.

They provide the best technological solutions in the business of engineering design, system installation, commissioning and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical equipment in commercial building controls systems as well as home automation systems.

Human Resources & Admin Manager

  • Manage a team consists of HR, Admin and Facilities;
  • Provide mentorship to promote a collaborative learning environment;
  • Work closely with the management and business unit heads to meet the business's HR needs;
  • Assess and identify the gaps in its HR needs and lead project initiatives to address the business gaps in the areas of payroll, recruitment, compensations and benefits, training, performance management, staff management, etc.;
  • Review and improve of policies are also part of the work, you initiate reviews and formulations of policies relevant to the business's evolving needs. The work encompasses a mix of strategic elements and oversee the daytoday HR operations. For examples of HR initiatives, you will help the implementation of the HR system, process streamlining etc.;
  • Diligent in establishing a more structured approach to HR in terms of policy work and issues handling;
  • Building and facilities management;
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Prior experience in leading a lean HR & Admin team;
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in HR as a generalist, with at least 4 years in a managerial position. (Experience in the Construction industry would be an advantage);
  • Minimum a degree in HR or any other relevant related fields;
  • Dynamic human resources leader with relevant experience gained in projectdriven in the construction sectors;
  • Strong experience in driving HR transformation in companies with both professional and skills workers;
  • Proven to be operationally handson, a change agent who is a strategic yet handson, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Strong understanding and handson experience in payroll, insurance claims, work Passes matters, various governmental grants, survey reports etc.;
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English;
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, and ability to work with multiple projects and priorities;
  • Prior working experiences in Japanese company will be an advantage.
