Accounting Assistant
Join our team as an Accounting Assistant and contribute to the smooth operation of our company.
- Handle administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Provide administrative support to the team and liaise with colleagues
- Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Organize and file documents, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace
- Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the daily operation of the company
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
As an Accounting Assistant, you will work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm
