    Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive and enhance properties' topline revenue as well as support the overall growth objectives of lyf.
  • Implement pricing strategies, revenue management, channel and segment management tactics to maximize total revenue, profit performance, and market share penetration for lyf properties.
  • Collaborate with lyf's Director of Marketing and Ascott's Director of Sales to review business projections and develop annual marketing and sales plans.
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams to provide digital marketing support to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Identify areas to improve efficiency, new opportunities and potential revenue streams to maximize revenue per square meter in the properties.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to increase online revenue and bookings.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all commercial activities, understanding customer needs, preferences and feedback to enhance guests' experiences.
  • Conduct and review market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, challenges and use insights to refine commercial strategies and capitalize on market trends.
  • Oversee lyf's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies.
  • Conduct analysis on engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions to plan effective digital campaigns and build online communities.
  • Provide support to the pre-opening teams on opening initiatives and activities to ensure successful launch of new LYF properties.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role is required.
  • Possess international strategic sales experience with a track record of identifying and delivering on new commercial opportunities.
  • Proficiency in various sales and marketing tools to drive commercial success.
  • Experience in social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategies and distribution channels.
  • Ability to make effective commercial decisions based on an understanding and analysis of key commercial information and commercial levers.
  • Possess dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
