    We are looking for a Fitting Supervisor. This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore.

    What will you be doing as Fitting Supervisor? Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

    Promote and practice 5 "S" and the QEHS system procedures.

    Take corrective steps on non-conformities which are reported and to solve the problems which impact the quality and delivery of service and products.

    To counsel subordinates who violate company rules and regulations.
    Lead team of men for site works as required.
    On time delivery.
    Promote & drive continual improvement programs.
    Mentor new fitters and give guidance to update others on technological changes in our portfolio

    To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

    A Supervisory Capacity preferably in the marine lineKnowledge & Experience of job cardsHands-On knowledge and experience in assembly/disassembly of enginesTo oversee packing standards to ensure complianceTo conduct tool-box meeting with subordinates to disseminate information and instructionsA diploma in marine engineering with shipyard experienceFruitful and Meaningful relationship with our customersA good attitude with willingness to learn
