    Roles & Responsibilities

    At Epitex, we believe that effective marketing is the cornerstone of connecting our brand with our audience. We are currently looking for a highly creative, dynamic and strategic Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in planning and leading our marketing efforts while connecting with the right audience through our various sales and marketing channels. This role will help to shape our brand's image and messaging, and strengthen the brand's association with cozy comfort. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in conceptualizing ideas and be equipped with skills to deliver and convey them effectively to the graphic designers for most effective visual representations for marketing efforts.

    As the role requires collaboration with multiple teams in the company, the marketing executive should be able to take direction from both written and spoken ideas and translate them into actionable marketing plans that are capable of conveying the key messages. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability coordinate and implement marketing campaigns with reference to past sales and marketing data while considering the key objective of each project.     • Salary: $3000-$4500 basic (commensurate with experience) + AWS + VB

    Job Description

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans
    • Create engaging content in line with the campaign for various communication channels, not limited to social media, email, website, and print materials.
    • Carry out market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, drawing insights and transforming them into actionable suggestions.
    • Coordinate and execute all marketing activities, not limited to events, promotions, and sponsorships
    • Review the performance of marketing campaigns, and make actionable suggestions for future campaigns.
    • Coordinate closely with our graphic designers to ensure consistent brand and campaign messaging across all marketing collaterals.
    • Assist in copywriting for all marketing collaterals and review artworks before finalization.
    • Assist to create content that effectively conveys our brand's objective to inspire comfort and strengthen our brand's association with quality comfort.
    • Reach out and manage partnerships with external brands that support and enhance our marketing efforts.
    • Keep updated on marketing, customer and bedlinen trends to ensure marketing campaign ideas stay relevant and relatable to our audience.
    • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
    • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
    • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    · Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for promotional mechanics and publicity plans

    · Translate strategic direction into actionable plans within an established brand identity

    · Develop concepts and communication messages and ensure that graphic designers convey them effectively in their visuals.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3 years experience in a marketing role and in execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
    • Knowledge in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
    • Previous experience with content creation, blogging, or video production.
    • Experience in video content creation would be a bonus.
    • Experience in a public relations department will be a bonus
    • Experience in customer relationship management or have experience with membership and loyalty systems
    • Have experience in a retail business environment
    • Analytical mindset for data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
    • Proficient in ERP/SAP systems.
    • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
