- Manage monthly reports; security bond, expatriates' overtime, manpower forecast, COMPASS etc.
- Manage surveys response to MOM and BCA etc.
- Schedule and manage trainings
- Update worker's allowance entitlement
- Manage computations of salary for specific groups of employees
- Review and provide approval for employees' claim
- Submit insurance claim when applicable
- Upkeeps HR policies and procedures
- Provide HR advices
- Assist on other HR functions and new HR project
- Familiar with Employment Act
- Minimum a diploma in Business Studies, Business Management, Human Resources or related field of studies
- WSQ certification in Business Management / Leadership & People Manage / Human Resources is welcomed
- Contract duration for 1 year
- 5 days' workweek
- Singaporean only
