[What the role is]


As a Head / Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.


The Head / Officer Student Development & Recognition works with the 3 ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions to support the overall student development and recognition of our students, and reports to a Department Manager.


[What you will be working on]

  • Administer various scholarships and award schemes at ITE HQ and College levels, including responsibilities to formulate & review scholarship and award policies, organise selection interviews of scholarship applicants, tracking & reporting of funds utilisation and preparation of donor reports.
  • Administer various MOE Edusave awards, financial assistance and bursary schemes.
  • Process and manage student records in ITE's student administration system.
  • Handle payment systems and reconciliation of finance journals.
  • Design, automate processes and support the digitalisation needs of the Department and Division.
  • Be adept in data analysis, visualisation and management of statistical data which require submissions to other governmental agencies.
  • Lead, plan and coordinate ITE's annual Student Achievers' Award Ceremony.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good IT knowledge. Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Flair for administrative & financerelated work.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and welcome challenges.
