Data Entry/ Administrative Clerk - Singapore - ULTIMATE DESK PTE. LTD.
Description
Omnidesk is looking for a Part time Data Entry/ Adminstrative ClerkWorking days :
Monday to Friday (Minimum 3 days per week)
Working hours : 11.30am to 7.30pm (1hr break)
Paid hours :
$10/Hr
Working location :
Hybrid (To be in office for the first few weeks for teaching, afterwards every 1 week, come in once)
Role Responsibilities:
- Checking of bills to ensure they are billed correctly.
- Cleaning up and recording of orders in google sheet.
- Extracting data and inputting into software
- Other adhoc data entry/administrative work
- Scanning of documents
- Filing of documents
Role Requirements:
- Basic Microsoft/Google Sheet knowledge
- To be able to work at least 3 days a week.
- To be able to meet task deadlines given.
- Slight accounting knowledge background is preferred, but not a must
