Description
Omnidesk is looking for a Part time Data Entry/ Adminstrative Clerk

Working days :
Monday to Friday (Minimum 3 days per week)
Working hours : 11.30am to 7.30pm (1hr break)

Paid hours :
$10/Hr

Working location :
Hybrid (To be in office for the first few weeks for teaching, afterwards every 1 week, come in once)


Role Responsibilities:


  • Checking of bills to ensure they are billed correctly.
  • Cleaning up and recording of orders in google sheet.
  • Extracting data and inputting into software
  • Other adhoc data entry/administrative work
  • Scanning of documents
  • Filing of documents

Role Requirements:


  • Basic Microsoft/Google Sheet knowledge
  • To be able to work at least 3 days a week.
  • To be able to meet task deadlines given.
  • Slight accounting knowledge background is preferred, but not a must
