- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements at both country and regional level.
- Design functional Salesforce solutions and processes, translating business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Coordinate with local and global stakeholders, leading workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.
- Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Support go-live activities and early-life support, escalating issues when needed, and ensuring smooth resolution.
- Work closely with global transformation and technical teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
- 3+ years of functional Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform & ecosystem).
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup, coordinating across Asian time zones.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and data management.
- Experience working with or within Asian markets and cultures.
- Background in banking and/or insurance environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar).
- Location: Asia time zone
- Duration: ~12 months, with potential continuation into maintenance phase
