Job summary
Directly manage each lab staff in Singapore to improve/sustain a world-class level Quality Delivery Cost and Inventory performances in the market Supervise lab supporting functions logistics service admins to operate with high level of lean performance and seamlessly integrate into core operation functions including repair and MVS Multi- Vendor Services Improve the performance and capabilities of current repair calibration operations both within the Service Depots at customer sites Holds the team accountable for achieving deliverables by maintaining an enterprise mindset developing an organizational culture that confronts issues disagreements within immediate team cross functionally to deliver results that benefit greater organization Proactively drive operation excellence to improve Customers satisfaction business growth margin Maintain a fully compliant quality assurance control system based on companys quality manual ISO9001/17025 unique customer requirements Work with local global engineering team quality team develop deploy local service policies test calibration processes metrology to improve customer satisfaction increase competitive advantage expand service capabilities cover broader sets of equipment Accelerates development for high potential promotable employees by understanding supporting their personal goals developing new skillsets career aspirations within Tektronix Ralliant Leads employee engagement actions soliciting listening actioning feedback received drive year over year improvements Creates inclusive environment soliciting alternative views from team understanding right mix skillsets backgrounds viewpoints capabilities proactively improve organizational design leverage talent deliver results
