    We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in the Oral Care & Skin & Sustainability Marketing team to manage multi-markets with specific focus on key Oral Healthcare categories specifically in Gum Health and Denture Care.

    Preferred School/Course of Intern : Undergraduate or Postgraduate students from NUS or SMU majoring in Business, Marketing, Management or related disciplines.

    The Intern for Oral Care & Skin & Sustainability Marketing will have full ownership of key projects and campaigns of the Gum Health category, and the DAC Cleanser leg of the business. The internship will entail delivering strategic plans, innovation projects and key marketing campaigns down into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan Markets. The Intern will have the opportunity to be visible, and nurture key relationships across the multiple markets in SEAT, as well as the global Category teams for both Gum Health and DAC. The Intern will also gain a lot of valuable commercial experience by being able to work on cross collaboration with other functions such as Medical, Regulatory and the local Commercial teams to ensure that the plans are rolled-out and implemented in the markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    You will be required to:

  • End-to-end management of key campaigns for Parodontax and Polident Cleansers:
    - Polident Educational Videos – creation of educational videos to help drive consideration in key markets (PH, TH, MY, SG, ID)
    - Parodontax Base Comms New Launch – Lead the creative process, campaign creation and support model working hand-in-hand with the LOC (TW)
    - Parodontax Protostar Mouthwash – Adaptation of Global Protostar Mouthwash Campaign and create localized assets and 360 campaign with LOC (TW)
  • Lead specific innovation projects ensuring timely approvals and launches in the markets
    - Project "Clark", Cleanser reformulation – Project lead to launch the upgraded Cleanser formula across all SEAT Markets
    - Pro-Retainer VN launch – Explore entry of Pro-Retainer in Vietnam and lead with D-comm as key channel of launch
    - Project Cratos – Project lead to launch new "Strength & Protect" Parodontax Proposition in market (TW)
    - Project Meerkat – Lead assessment of possible launch of "Meerkat" (Gum, breath and sensitivity proposition) as key innovation (TW)
    - Project Eclipse – Artwork and VBL (Visual Brand Language) upgrade of pack artwork across all PDX markets (TH, MY, SG & TW)
    - Complete Protection Site Transfer – Transfer of Complete Protection variant production from Levice site in Europe to SEAT (Thailand) for better COGS and sustainability
  • Lead key workstreams which are critical to drive sustained growth for PLD and PDX in SEAT
    - Pro-Retainer Toolkit – Distil and collate key learnings from TH & TW into a toolkit that other (and future) Pro-Retainer markets can leverage for launc
    - ID Cleanser Re-launch – Craft full RGM plan inclusive of PPA and price assessment for Cleanser re-launch (ID)
    - Parodontax Brand Architecture – Crystalize future state of PDX Brand Architecture according to key in-market need-states to help guide key innovation launches for the future (TW)
  • Learning Outcomes:

    Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning objectives:

  • Gain visibility and leadership experience by coordinating and interacting with different local markets and regional and global stakeholders within the organization
  • Gain valuable experience in working with and within the different markets within Southeast Asia and Taiwa
  • Gain exposure in launching products into markets with visibility and interaction across the entire project team and process (from planning, to production, to launch) with accountability on delivering to timelines
  • Understand how to adapt and localize global plans and transform them into campaigns fit for the local markets
  • Understand how to run a campaign across the entire CEJ and multiple platforms
    - Understand how to create campaigns across the marketing funnel from Awareness to purchase
    - Create marketing materials for different consumer and media touchpoints:
    - TV
    - Digital Media
    - In-store
    - Expert/ HCP-facing
  • Gain exposure to various agencies which handle creative production and media planning
  • Gain skills and experience in digital media and digital-commerce
