Admin Assistant - Bukit Merah, Singapore - Prima Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in daily admin tasks
- Assist in coordinating various work requirements
- Tracking timelines of project
- Collecting competitors activities and performance (online and offline)
- Prepare and coordinate media drops
- Key person to coordinate all packing requirements from requisition to print
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Min 1 year experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Digital Photography, Video Editing & Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage
Job Type:
Permanent
Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
