    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Expertise:
    Act as a subject matter expert on DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management solutions. Understand the intricacies of these technologies and how they impact an organization's network.

    Customer Engagement:
    Collaborate with the sales team to engage with prospective clients and gather detailed requirements. Identify customer needs and challenges related to DDI.

    Product Demos:
    Develop and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our DDI solutions. Tailor demos to meet the specific needs and pain points of each customer.

    Technical Presentations:
    Create and deliver technical presentations that articulate the value of our products, including their features, functionalities, and ROI.

    Solution Design:

    Work closely with customers to design and propose DDI solutions that address their network infrastructure challenges and align with their business goals.

    Proof of Concept (Po

    C):

    Lead or assist in the implementation of PoCs, ensuring that the DDI solutions are effectively tested and demonstrated within the customer's environment.


    RFP and Proposal Support:

    Contribute to the development of technical responses for RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) and collaborate with the sales team to craft compelling proposals.


    Competitive Analysis:

    Stay informed about competitors' offerings and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, allowing you to position our products effectively.


    Technical Documentation:
    Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution guides, best practices, and case studies.

    Training:

    Provide training to customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our DDI solutions.



    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
    Prior experience as a Presales Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role in the DDI industry.
    Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
    Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:

    Relevant certifications in network and DDI technologies (e.g., Cisco CCNA, etc).
    Experience with related technologies, such as network security and cloud services.
