RESPONSIBILITIES

. Oversee day-to-day operations in the beauty service industry, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

. Train, and supervise staff, maintaining a high standard of performance.

. Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and maximize

profitability.

. Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns,

and feedback.

. Maintain compliance with company regulations and policies.

. Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to

financial objectives.

. Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract customers.

. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and sales

trends.

QUALIFICATIONs / REQUIREMENTs

. Open & excited to working overseas in Southeast Asia

. Proven experience as an Outlet / Area / National Manager or in a

similar beauty service role for around 5 years

. Highly aware of each centre's state

. Ability to train our beauty consultants

. Strong proven leadership, problem-solving abilities and organizational

skills

. Ability to accurately diagnose prospects' face, body & hair's needs

. Hungry to learn & ability to pick things up quickly

. Understand people well psychologically with good judgment

. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

. Understanding of budget management and financial principles

. Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
