    Description
    Key Responsibilities Because you are the primary contact for our vendors, all applicants must have at least 3 years to 5 years of experience in vendor services based on the following
    •Manage team and coordinate all vendor management, contractual activities, and processes
    •Refine vendor management processes/framework putting in place best practices where necessaryoDeveloping and implementing vendor selection programsoSuggesting vendor management processes, policies, and methods
    •Coordinate all vendor management activities and processes
    •Acting as an intermediary between vendors, GIS stakeholders and the Bank's Strategic Sourcing Team
    •Define service review criteria and conduct vendor service reviews, update vendor rating periodicallyoCommunicating vendor responsibilities and obligationsoAnalyze if they meet current needs of Group Information SecurityoCommunicating product-related issues and concerns to vendorsoEstablishing vendor performance standards and suggesting improvementsoDesigning business guidelines for vendors
    •Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies
    •Research and establish relationships with new vendors when necessary
    •Maintain, organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors
    •Troubleshooting any vendor issues, resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently,
    •Regularly engage the Bank's Strategic sourcing team to provide insights to pipeline of upcoming contracts(new or renewal).
    •Assist teams to conduct RFQ, perform contract review and negotiations with the Bank's Strategic Sourcing Team to ensure compliance to procurement policies. oConduct risk assessment on contract deviations and suggest risk mitigating actions to manage deviationsoUpdating contract terms of existing vendors
    •Familiar with Regulatory outsourcing/non outsourcing guidelines and apply where necessary to ensure compliance to regulatory requirementsoConduct 3rd party non-outsourcing or outsourcing risk assessments where necessaryoEnsure compliance to regulatory requirements for 3rd party non-outsourcing and outsourcing risk assessments
    •Management reporting
    •Budget Planning and Tracking Key Requirements
    •Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent
    •Experience in vendor management and contract management in Financial institutions
    •Experience in vendor negotiations and conducting vendor service reviews
    •Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements for 3rd Party outsourcing and non-outsourcing engagements
    •Previous work experience as a Vendor Manager with Good command in English
    •Excellent time management and organizational skills, multi-tasking
    •Strong analytical and negotiation skills
    •Good research skills, MS Excel Skills
    •Good communication and interpersonal skills
    •Having an eye for detail
    •Quick decision making and problem-solving skills
    •Ability to offer improved customer service
