**Job Responsibilities

As a Patient Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to provide friendly and efficient customer service, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both internal and external customers/patients.

The key focus is on delivering excellent patient care and ensuring overall satisfaction.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the clinic's operational readiness
  • Register patients and schedule appointments
  • Handle cashiering duties and manage patient inquiries
  • Offer chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents
  • Support clinic/nurse manager with administrative tasks
  • Undertake any additional adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification of "O" Levels/Diploma
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a hospital setting and different clinics as required
  • Willing to work in 3 rotating shifts
