Job Scope and responsibilities:
- Emphasizes product benefits and assists clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair/ scalp care needs
- Attending clients with professionalism & care, while maintaining good relationships with clients
- Perform excellent hair services to customers including consultation, hair cutting, and chemical works.
- Perform Salon operation and maintain salon cleanliness
- Conducting professional hair and scalp analysis, demonstrating features and benefits of products.
- Carry out adhoc duties as and when assigned by the direct supervisor
