    Roles & Responsibilities

    Statytory Board Seeking for Management Reporting Finance Executive, Up $4K, Year Contract)

    Location: Fusionopolis

    Job Description:

    Data Management

    • Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
    • Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
    • Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
    • Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
    • Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).

    Management Reporting

    • Support the maintenance of Management Reporting System, a data visualisation dashboard that runs on Tableau platform.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Management Reporting System via designing and performing regular checks
    • Manage stakeholders as owner of Management Reporting System, including the following tasks:
    • Process and maintain user access for Management Reporting System
    • Coordinate and conduct regular training for Management Reporting System users
    • Manage queries and feedback from Management Reporting System users
    • Prepare monthly management reports to research and supporting entities
    • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

    Job Requirements

    • Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Candidates without experience, but display good aptitude and attitude may be considered.
    • Good command of Microsoft Office application
    • Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
    • Knowledge of SAP and BI reporting tools will be advantageous
