Job Responsibilities:
ResponsibilitiesAct as an internal HR business

consultant for the business by providing strategic HR supportResponsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll, L&D, budgeting and other HR related matters.

Design and deliver the organization training programmesEnsure compliance to regulatory/ statutory/ audit concerns and reportingReview and implement the organizational recruitment strategy aligned to company goalsSupport global and regional HR projectsOrganize staff session, company's social and recreation activitiesRequirements

Degree in HR Management or Business Management or its equivalent5 to 8 years of relevant working experienceExcellent thought leadership, self directed and assertiveKnowledge of local labor laws, regulations and practicesGood interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of Times Software and SAP is preferredRequirementsQualification: Degree
