Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle HR transactions.
- Assist in implementing HR strategy and executing supporting programs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campus recruitment, partnering with universities and colleges to attract and select talent for internships and entrylevel positions. Participate in adhoc projects, such as the digitization of HR processes, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
Requirements:
- A good degree in Business Management or Human Resource, with relevant HR experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the
financial services industry, with a focus on supporting business units and managing campus recruitment programs - Successful experience in **managing the endtoend recruitment process, from advertising to offer, while managing multiple stakeholders at different stages.
