What the role is
- You take charge of a wide range of applied psychological research projects and services.
What you will be working on
- These include the provision of professional support to facilitate and improve organisational readiness and effectiveness, as well as planning and management of research projects. You may also be expected to play a leadership role in the supervision of junior staff on a variety of assigned projects.
What we are looking for
- You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with a Postgraduate degree in Psychology. You must also have an aptitude for applied psychological research, good interpersonal skills and preferably be a member of the Singapore Psychological Society.
