Roles & Responsibilities

Should have at least 25 years of experience in IT Business Development and Service Delivery.
Multi-nation market exposure is an added advantage.
Should be able to develop, coordinate and implement plans designed to increase existing business.
Responsible for capturing the new business opportunities.
Should be able to provide strategic direction to increase the profitability.

He/She should focus on building and guiding relationships both internally and externally with sales & marketing and Service Delivery team.

Should be able to manage business relationships with vendors, distributors, and customers.

Should be a team player with good communication skillsHave skills that are vital to success, including Service delivery, sales, communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis and project management.

Should help company in getting practice and quality certifications like ISO, BizSafe, DPTM and so onTell employers what skills you have
