Job Descriptions
- Assessing available supplies, maintaining good relationships with suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
- Analytical thinking and keeping up with market trends for goods and services.
- Adhering to and upholding the procurement policies and processes of the company.
- Examining, contrasting, evaluating, and authorizing the acquisition of goods and services.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records of purchases and prices
- Updating supplier information, such as qualifications, time of delivery and product range
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma qualification in any field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing platforms such as Taobao
- Skills in communication and negotiation to ensure that every acquisition complies with business requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with Chinese supplier.
