What the role is
- This is a temporary contract for the role of Assistant Manager/ Manager, Change Management under the Chief Information Officer Office.
WalkMe is a key adoption tool used for TPGateway to assist TPs with their transactions to reduce their reliance on assistance from OCC.
The task is currently undertaken by 2 TGS Change Management reps, on top of the Change Management scope TGS.With 1 staff leaving the organisation, the support for the upcoming TPGateway enhancements and the WOG Wave 2 and Wave 3 agencies onboarding, more resources is required to support the development, testing and deployment of WalkMe solutions.
What you will be working on
- 1. Working with various stakeholders to obtain inputs on WalkMe Solutions
- Develop, test and deploy WalkMe solutions
- Documentation and archival of WalkMe Solutions
- Analysis of OCC tickets
