Central Support Officer - Singapore - PACIFIC ARENA PTE. LTD.
Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Handle FIT and Group travel requests, including air, hotel and car. Flight bookings will range from simple point-to-point to complex multi-cities for sub-agents.
- Coordinates day-to-day ticketing operations.
- Staying up to date with airline regulations, fare rules, visa requirements, and other travel-related policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and targets and contributing to process improvements and quality control initiatives.
- Assisting refunds for cancelled flights, ensuring compliance with airline policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Meticulous, strong eyes for detail.
- Must possess customer service & ticketing knowledge.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
