**Responsibilities: Execute day-to-day HR Operations tasks, including HR administration, employee data management, and document processing.

Process and administer employee payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve HR administration processes, leveraging technology and best practices.

Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation, and exit procedures.

Provide guidance and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Maintain and update HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate employee information.

Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and contribute to HR projects as needed.

**Skills required: Previous experience in HR operations or administration, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
