Overall responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who will assist the Project Quality team and handle administration works and documents.

Responsibilities:

Assist Vendor Inspection Coordinator (VIC) on the vendor related inspection activity documentations.
Assist VIC to raise Work Assignment Sheets, updating VIMP..
Assist VIC to distribute Notice of Inspection (NOI) to all interested parties.
Maintain records of all Vendor related inspection records, observations, and documentations.
Compilation and follow up on the Vendor related punch lists.
Report KPIs on monthly basis to Project Quality Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Complies with the MODEC HSSEQ Code of Conduct as described in the HSSEQ Policies, the 14 HSEQ Standards, and the HSEQ Procedures to protect people and the environment at all times. Has a duty of care to ensure that all personnel work in a manner that is not harmful to their own health and safety and the health and safety of others.
Interact with PQM, Quality engineers, Site team and other departments as necessary
Assist to raise WAS and distribute NOI to interested parties
Maintain records for retrieval.

Quality Administrator requirements are:

3+ years' experience of working in a Site/Quality Administration role
ITE/Diploma, or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Quality standards
Strong writing skills with an ability to spot errors and close attention to detail
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good command of Microsoft Office
