Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities:
1. Reports to GM Office Manager and be part of the supporting functions of APAC region GM office;
2. Provide administrative support to the APAC General Manager (GM) by schedule management, travel arrangements & expenses claims, organizing meetings, taking minutes, etc;
3. Handle Singapore office matters and assist in setting up office SOP within the region, i.e. office facility/equipment management, incoming calls, company receptions of visitors, office maintenance matters;
4. Coordinate with internal and external relevant partners. i.e. headquarter departments, travel agencies; to ensure all arrangements are made efficiently and within budget;
5. Assist overseas colleague(s) who is travelling to Singapore office, i.e. arrangement of accommodation in company's guest house, PUB expenses arrangement, rental of vehicles, etc;
6. Manage company vehicles, i.e. expense management, renewal of road tax, insurance, maintenance, repair, etc;
7. Support GM Office Manager on sales data report and analysis, etc;
8. Support office renovation and daily maintenance;
9. Support reception of clients, visitors and partners;
10. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and support as needed to ensure smooth operation
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in admin executive in any industry
Good analytical and problem-solving and time management skills
Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, meticulous, initiative, team player, eye for detail
Proactive and pleasant personality
Fluently in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
