- Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy to attract and hire qualified candidates across different verticals.
- Hiring Process Management: Manage the different hiring stages including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers to candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize databases, job portals, networking, social media, etc., to source and attract potential candidates.Must be quick and efficient in providing CVs within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) to meet client requirements.
- Interviewing: Conduct various types of interviews including phone screenings, in-person interviews, video conferences, and group interviews. Filter and shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Evaluation: Identify 2-4 qualified candidates per day, focusing on time, cost, and quality for effective recruiting and hiring.
- Tech Roles Expertise: Evaluate candidates for various technical roles and ensure a good match between candidates' skills and job requirements.
- ATS and Database Management: Utilize resume databases, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems effectively.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation and Employer Branding: Exhibit strong negotiation skills and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal teams.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set.
- High Volume Recruitment: Ability to handle and manage high-volume requirements in the tech space effectively.
- Minimum of 24 months (2 years) of IT recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring stages efficiently.
- Experience evaluating candidates for various technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of resume databases, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mentality with multitasking and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
