Description

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with Facilities teams for supporting.
• Support the regional leadership team during important conferences.
• Perform 2nd level support for Meeting Room solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Digital Signage, Cisco VCS Systems) including, but not limited to, supporting solutions involving other technologies.
• Provide technical consultancy to end users to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible timeframe.
• Communicate and liaise with departments;
• Notify appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations (eg. outages, service disruptions, and repeated customer complaints)
• Familiar on Network topologies, protocols, cabling, and troubleshooting
• Familiar with Teams and Unified Communications.

Job Requirements:

• Good level of competence in the following: Microsoft Teams & Event hosting, Cisco video endpoints.
• AV technologies and Web streaming solutions (such as Vbrick) experience preferred.
