Responsibilities:


  • Establish an ongoing customer call and communication process in order to anticipate and respond to key account customer needs.
  • Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all bid requests and associated offers for key accounts.
  • Establish a communication plan with all Service Areas regarding BU's fulfilment and performance for key accounts.
  • Target and develop new key accounts.
  • Act as a key point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solutions relating to key account issues
  • Manage direct reports in the team i.e. engineers and technicians
  • Represent the Service Area interest with the key account customers
